I have to do all that again tomorrow? :lol: First day is in the books. Now for Chipotle & a nap, in that order.
Our principal called a quick staff "meeting" after school today to say just that--"Thanks for all you did to make it a fabulous first day today. We'll do it all again tomorrow!" And then, he gave us all an ice cream bar!
Ha! Our principal sent an e-mail out this weekend telling us we are 10% of the way done (just started our fifth week). It really goes fast!
Haha! Today we just had freshmen, so I was wrangling my freshmen advisees all over the school. Tomorrow I'll see the upperclassmen and can stay in my room! I'm looking forward to being in one place!
We've been in school for several weeks now. We're out of the 'training' phase. Now we're in the 'let's test the teacher to see just how far we can push the rules' phase. I hate this phase. It can go straight to bad places. Now I just have to hold out for the 'routines, but not burned out' phase. It's just a week or two away!
