What do people use for formats to write their lesson plans? I am trying to find one i like and am having difficulty.
Same here. Ours is based on "I do", "We do", "You do". I find it very difficult to implement in everyday teaching (because I'm having to plan lessons with little time to use a format), but the times I've had to use it for observations, it has worked REALLY well. I plan on incorporating it next semester when I have the winter break to plan an entire unit in advance.
