Just wondering how long your administrators stay when they do a formal observation? One class period, 50 minutes or so?

    Thanks.

I think ours are 45 minutes. My art classes are 35 minutes so my P stays for 1.5 lessons.

The first one has to be 45-60 minutes, and the other two (or more) have to be at least 15 minutes.

Depends. I've had Ps stay the entire class period and I've had a P show up 45 minutes late with her lunch and only stay for about 15 minutes. I had another one show up at around 8:30 for an 8:00 observation and then he left less than 10 minutes later for an emergency. No one ever comes back to finish.

Admin is supposed to stay a certain amount of time (one class period, I believe), but once you're tenured, some Admin are not as thorough and they just show up because they have to.

Two blocks of 40-50 minutes each. They want to see two different subjects or classes.
