I'm wondering if there is some sort of printable online survey for kids to fill out for multiple intelligences?

    Any ideas?

OR- an interest inventory for academics? Like what's easy, hard, what do they like, etc?

If you search on google a few MI surveys come up, but I am not sure if they are any good.

I know that it is not what you wanted but there are some great MI surveys for using with kids in 'eight ways at once -book 1' or the old version 'seven ways at once-book 1' by Helen McGrath & Toni Noble.

It is an Australian book so I don't know how difficult it would be for you to get.

    MI

I am not yet allowed to post links.

I have used this online MI questionaire with 5th graders. They get a circle graph that is printable at the end of answering the questions.
Google bgfl.org then its listed under Multiple Intelligences.

This site, A Different Place (.org) describes the learning experience for each intelligence category.

Mine is saved on my computer at school. A fellow third grade teacher made it. PM me if you want it.

I may eventually want to get one of these. :) I've always wanted to give one at the beginning of the year... but hey, it would be an excellent tool at any time of the year.

Oh, and Laura Candler has one at her domain, http://www.lauracandler.com. I had to go back and add this because I forgot about it. It's a .pdf file.

Those are awesome resources. Ms. Jasztal, where was the one on the website you mentioned? I couldn't find it.

    Thanks!
