My P was so pleased with them! The kids did awesome and I'm so proud of them!:hugs: I'm also glad that I'm not a horrible teacher! Best of all, the science test that I was really worried about was a piece of cake for the kiddos! 87% scored proficient or advanced!:2up: I'm so relieved!
Anybody else see their kids' test results yet?

Congrats! I got mine back last week and mine did fabulously as well. Only 2 kids were Partially Proficient in Math and Writing - one has been retained and the other I expected to do poorly. I was doing the happy dance as well!

What a wonderful feeling, huh?? It's wonderful to see all your hard work paying off in the end.

Mine did well in Math, Reading, and Science (exemplary in fact). But for some reason we don't get the "pat on the back" like most of y'all do. :( I wish we did get recognition.

In my class I had about about 95% pass math. I am happy with the results, especially since most of these kiddos failed their tests the previous year.

Sorry you didn't get recognition! My P is wonderful about celebrating the successes of our staff! She has been especially wonderful to me, making sure I feel comfortable with what I'm doing, since it was my first year!

Congratulations to everyone else who had great test scores! You're making a difference in so many lives!:hugs:

Totally feel ya on this one. 5th grade math, as a whole, was 92%. 3rd and 4th grade were about 57%. However, 5th grade was basically told we didn't do good enough. Nice, huh? We were exemplary for crying out loud! We dis this without a curriculum. I thought we did great.
