Hi everyone I am in a bit of a dilema. I am a first year teacher and was offered a job as a 3rd grade teacher in the PSJA school district. I have not signed the contract yet because they are off on vacation so I am still a bit insecure on it. Now this morning they called me from a different school district to go in and interview on Tuesday. I am stuck...I am afraid I won't go and they won't call me in to sign the contract or that I will go get the job and then have PSJA call me in to sign the contract. What should I do?

Definitely go on the interview. You haven't signed a contract yet so you are a 'free agent'. See what happens as aliceacc advised. You could end up in the enviable position of deciding between 2 offers!
