I've never attended a teacher's job fair before.

What is considered "Dressing for Success"? Is this a casual dress (button up shirt/slacks) affair or should the interview suit and tie be dusted off?

In a crowded job market, I would treat it as an interview.

In a sea of khakis and dress shirts, a suit might stand out to make a difference.

I have been to 3 fairs, all were extremely CROWDED (it is a very very flooded market here). Wear a suit or something else very professional. I can almost guarantee that you will see people in shorts, tanks, and flip-flops. It looks SO bad when they do that. You, however, will look great and will stand out, as Alice said. :)

    GOOD LUCK! :D

I agree with the others, wear a suit or dress very professional. A friend of mine wore dress slacks and a nice top and she was hired.
