    Isn't it fun???

I had thyroid surgery on the day before frosh orientation began. I started the year with a shaky voice, though it's much improved.

But I always lose my voice every sping and fall-- figure mid October and early April.

I always lose my voice once a year also. I still go to school though. My first year I had a day of school that I did not talk at all. It was one of the best days we had, and the kids learned a lot.

OH, yeah, I go to school.

And you're right-- the kids are always fabulous!

It's early to be losing it. It's a lot of fun at school. I wish I could fake it.

I think it's allergies/sinuses, not sickness. It's even worse this morning--while I was scartchy yesterday, today I try to talk and only partial words will come out--yay!
