Does anyone experience problems with Sallie Mae? To begin, my payments seem to fluctuate every single month. Now, perhaps that's normal, but I never really know what to expect. Then, sometimes the amount due is changed on me (it might be one amount one day, and when I log in again, it shows a different amount). I was just sent a delinquent notice for $12.83 when I paid the whole thing this last month. I just don't get what is going on. Do any of you experience this same problem with Sallie Mae?
Sallie Mae is student loans. That does not sound right at all. I would call them and ask why. What is your interest rate? does it change? I would see about consolidating to direct loans if you do not have a fixed rate.

Somehow I missed this thread. I used to deal w/ Sallie Mae & will in the future. That doesn't sound right. I hope you got it straightened out!
I hate Sallie Mae. They screwed up my loans numerous times. Luckily I'm in the process of consolidating so Direct Loans will be paying those off so I won't have to deal with them anymore. Good luck! I hope you get things worked out!
