    Hello people!

I have had quite few interviews and, sadly, have not received any offers. :( I'm going to throw out some of the interview questions I have been asked, and if you wouldn't mind letting me know how you might answer them, I'd appreciate it. I'd like to see how my answers compare. It's tough out there!!!

    1) Describe the process you use to develop an IEP and how you assess student growth.

    2) How do you ensure effective planning with general education staff?

    3) How do you determine the needed modifications and accommodations for students and what do you see as your role in the implementation?

    4) What do you see as the role of the paraeducator?

If you want, you can PM me your responses and I can critique and give you some pointers. The problem is, I can tell you what I would say, but it has to come natural to you.
