Hi everyone, I need some opinions! I am interviewing on Monday for a 1 year maternity leave position. The teacher is taking a year off. It is for third grade. The principal wants to make a decision that day because the school board meeting is THAT night. I taught at this school last year for a maternity leave and was told I did an excellent job. She wasn't the principal at the time, but she told me that she "heard wonderful things about me..." When she called for the interview she said it was going to be a different kind of interview where I will be analyzing data. This school uses AIMS Web and Rigby as a means of data, but am unsure of what else. Being it is third grade, I don't think I will look at ISAT data (Illinois). Anyone have any opinions? I really want to teach at this school. Thanks for any advice!
