INSANITY Workout

Does anyone else do Insanity? My roommate and I are almost at the end of our first week and I'm about to collapse.

 

My husband did P90X which I think is the first in the series. He wanted to collapse every night!

 

I have been doing Insanity for 4 weeks now. I am about to collapse every morning!

 

Insanity is driving your jeep over Black Bear Pass....... but what is Insanity Workout...... sounds interesting........

That's an intense workout.

 

Looks fun though. Maybe this is the workout you need to get your abs of steel.

 

Maybe...... but you try it first and let me know how it goes...... meanwhile I'll just be happy with a small waist line.......
