I am searching for some individual rewards for 2 of my students. Behavior is SOOOO bad they both have already had personal conversations with the principal and it's only the 3rd week of school. I am thinking of coming up with an individual daily reward system for them. They are fourth grade boys. My thoughts so far are if they are good for a day they can do one of the following the next day:
    *sit at my desk
*eat with me in the room at lunch
*eat with me and a buddy at lunch
*go read to a favority teacher's class

Can you think of any others that might work or motivate them???

If you teach an upper grade, the student could go to a lower grade and help out.

5 minutes of free time on the computer.

No homework pass possibly for many days of good behavior.

I will keep thinking but I hope this helps.

Do you have classroom jobs? If so maybe they would be able to choose the job they desire.

I know this may sound too young for them but it worked for one of my first graders last year. He was able to shake the principal's hand. Okay maybe this is too young for them, just thought I'd share. ;)
