Index cards - technical help needed.

Hope you can help.
Where do I find Index card templates in Windows 2007 Word? I printed all my flashcards on index cards using the correct school font using Windows 2003. My computer died a death and now I need to print more cards. The poblem is, I can't find a blank index card tempate as an option. Do you know how to do this?

It's a paper choice in the page setup. That's where I set it.
