Can anyone tell me what type of documentation I should be making/keeping as an ICS teacher?

Talk to each inclusion parent with modifications at the beginning of the year and take notes of that conversation.

    Keep track of parent emails

Keep track of behavior problems and any other day to day stuff that you think it is important to note.

...and the rule of thumb that I have always heard is never fail an inclusion student. Make them do whatever it takes to pass...but make sure they pass.

Thank you so much! I started a notebook that I'll just jot daily observations on. I'm thinking the label idea is a good one (just write notes on the labels and when time permits, attach them to the folder for that kid).
Any other suggestions will be very welcome!
