Hi everyone I have taken my CSET twice and failed. I came close the first time at 220, but am becoming discouraged now. I used Cliffnotes and feel like the questions were related. Does anyone have other advice on materials??? Thank you so much.

Even though I don't live in your state, I just want to encourage you. Don't give up. Keep at it. I have taken many of these tests, failed some, passed others, but in the end--- you just have to keep going. You will pass it eventually. Just think of all the learning in your brain!

Hugs, Chadni27. What does the chart of diagnostic indicators say about where you're coming up short?

well I took it twice. I was only off by 2 points first time around. I mainly feel like its knowledge for History and Social science. I don't think it went over some civilizations as MesoAmericans? Additionally I wasn't able to relate the bible to slavery, any suggestions for materials? thanks

The second page of the score report has a chart of diagnostic indicators that show on a scale from + to ++++ how one fared overall with the multiple choice questions in reading/language/literature vs. history/social science, and it breaks the constructed responses down individually with p, k, and/or s to indicate shortcomings.
