I could just scream. I've been enrolled in my online teacher education program since last March. Being an online student I have an academic counselor and a teacher education specialist I am assigned. They are supposed to answer any questions I have throughout the program. Every time I try to contact them I find that these people are no longer there. Not that I would know since they fail to email or contact me about these changes. Their emails just stop working. I've had four, count them four, academic counselors since I started. This last one keeps enrolling me in classes I've already taken. I haven't been to class in two months because I have to withdraw from the one and then wait for an open position in the class I need. Which they have managed to screw up by enrolling me in yet another class I've already taken. Now I have a question about the tests I need to take and bam yet another email address that is no longer any good. How is a person supposed to function like this? Now I don't even know if they received all my paperwork since I never received an email verification. Sorry, I realize this is mostly a complaint but it helps to type it out and see it. Aarrghh, I'm just so mad!!
