My first loaf of bread, banana bread, is in the over. We went to a farmer's market and I got 3 overly ripe bananas for 24 cents...figured why not? I am so much more of a cook than a baker. I am not one to follow recipes. I add double of garlic to everything I cook, search my fridge for add-ins and to save perishables, and I modify as necessary. Baking is so much more of a science! Do you prefer baking or cooking?
