Hey guys, after weeks and weeks of worrying, I finally got a call from the director of personnel from one of the school districts I applied for. She listed a bunch of positions at different schools. The position I chose was a 7th grade science/social science position. I was so excited I was shaking, but now reality is starting to set in. I have to come up with a good classroom management/discipline plan. I have read the Harry Wong book, so I think I may have an ok outlook on that. I haven't even seen my classroom, or even met the principal yet! I interviewed with only the director of personnel, so the principal of the school I'll be working at doesn't even know who I am. I am so nervous, yet exited! I can't wait! Any tips/suggestions?
