I have another year before my Intrim Teaching Certificate Expires. For most people their certificate, in my province, becomes official after 2 years of teaching.

So what happens if I don't get a position, which is the way it looks, prior to my Certificate from expiring? Does that mean I would have to take the whole program over again to be recertified?

hmm. You may want to find your state or providences main web site and find out how you can renew your lisence. I have a provisional lisence and have also have not been having luck in obtaining a full time..so to renew my current lisence I would need to take 3 semester hrs of classes without having to retake all the tests. I found my information out on the Ohio Department of Education Site..you may want to check and see if there is a main site for your state or providence where you can check out what you would need to do. ..just takes some searching.
