This is the scary week that I've been dreading. Today I had to do a demo tech call with one of the tech support staff who pretended to be a client. I had to walk her through setting up the software. It's not easy! She complimented me on my verbage, how well I explained things, etc. (I'm sure my background experience in teaching helped... ) I did go over time, though. I had 60 minutes, and finished in 67. So, that was the one and only thing that was negative about my demo call. Then tomorow is the demo tech support calls since part of my training will involve me in working in tech support.
I go "live" Thursday or Friday and I'm not looking forward to it. I'm just so afraid of leading our client with a questions astray, or not understanding what they are asking! And this company is big on having excellent tech support service. I just want to be good.
Anyways, yesterday I went to the juggling club. That was fun.
