I have just booked a 16 night cruise around New England and Canada for September. We start with 2 nights in NYC then get on the boat for 14 nights. We have one day in Boston and I want to buy a Matt Beleskey Bruins jersey. If anyone has any suggestions as to a store Downtown where I could pick one up I would be grateful.

This will be our first post retirement vacation. I leave school on the 22nd July and retire officially on the 31st August. Should be a nice warm up for our route 66 vacation planned for Spring 2017.

There's a Boston Bruins Proshop at the North Station that looks really cool-carries stuff for all the Boston teams. (Pats fan here!)http://tdgardenapps.com/proshop/index.html

You could also check in any Sports Authority or Dicks Sporting Goods, department stores. have a great trip.

Just googled it and TD gardens is a 2.6mile walk from the cruise terminal. It passes Quincy Market on the way and there is an 11am History tour taking place on the day we are there so we can find out how you Colonials threw off the yoke of your British oppressors!:p By the way you still haven't paid us for all that tea!

The walk will do us good as we have found that cruising shrinks your clothes!

A Boston Hockey fan on another forum has also recommended this store. In fact he has arranged for me to be served by a particular member of staff who will let me have the staff discount! That is service!

My son is living in Halifax right now; his girlfriend is doing a Masters program and he's followed her there. I'm hoping to make it out this summer for a few days.

Doing a cruise on the east coast of Canada and not stopping in New Brunswick? Shame on you! :)

I absolutely love Charlottetown, and enjoy Halifax as well. Quebec City is also nice, though I haven't spent as much time there.

Unfortunately I hold no sway with the captain of the ship as to where he chooses to dock! LOL
