She sent me a message from the hospital on the 15th to apologize for her absence. Found her obituary this morning. Praying for strength and love to her family and all who loved her. May her memory be a blessing.
I'm sorry for the family's loss and your loss, as well. I think teachers sometimes develop as strong of a relationship with their students as the family does.

My life met me with a one-two punch. I missed logging in to her online funeral because my pet died the night before and I had to handle those details. Thank you for your sympathy and empathy. It means the word to me.
I can't imagine losing a student. So sad for everyone. I have a former student who has a lot of health problems and I worry that if she were to get covid she'd have a difficult time getting over it. She's so fragile on a good day so It's really important to keep her as safe as possible.
Omg..I'm so sorry to hear that. It's awful that people, and especially young people die from this disease, although they could live a long and happy life. Bless her.
