It has two snap pockets on the front, one zippered pocket on the back, it has a HUGE middle section, on one side it has a key holder, cell phone holder, pen holders, ID holder, and a small pocket for unmentionalbles, other side of the interior has a small zippered pocket. I also have a padded sleeve with a zipper to hold a laptop that clips inside the bag. I also use it as a divider. I added to that a 7 file portfolio (like those plastic ones at Office Depot) but staples sold some that were professional looking, fabric covered with a handle, so I can carry that to go grade alone if I wanted too. I have a pocket with tea bags, tylenol, a mirror, brush etc for me, one pocket with pens and pencils, the big zippered pocket holds whatever I need extra for that day........and lots lots more. It is light brown leather with a dark brown leather handle, it was $22. I will try to post a pic, okay here it is
