I love teaching. I love working with kids. I really love lesson planning and developing unit plans. I've probably got a bit of a skewed view of it just because my district does a lot of the initial work on that front for us, but I really enjoy it. And with COVID and remote learning (yuck) I'm thinking this might be the year that pushes me into something other than classroom teaching. My district has curriculum instructional coaches, but I'm not sure I'm interested in staying in my district if I don't have to. What other ways could I get into curriculum design/development, besides getting hired by a curriculum company (MHE, Great Minds, etc.)?
