This job has already turned into a complete nightmare. This is the worst decision I've ever made. I'm so angry at myself for accepting this job and all of the circumstances I've discovered over the past few weeks.

I NEED out of here. I will do whatever it takes to break the contract. Anyone have any ideas?

    Thank you!

Report the sexual harassment and tell them you can't work under those conditions.

Document it all save all the texts. You may save the next single teacher that shows up the harassment. Good luck

I'd stay where you are and help make sure nobody else has to put up with your principal's shenanigans. His behavior is unbecoming to anyone doing God's work.

Staying at n a situation where one is made to feel unsafe and harassed is also not Gods work.

OP. Please let your P know you are not comfortable and not interested. If he continues you need to report. And start looking OK my for other opportunities.

I'm guessing you've already reported the conduct to the parish pastor. (It's disappointing to hear that one person can ruin an experience for you, but I know it happens.)

Having started out in the Archdiocese around here, I can tell you that the pastor at my school would have never ignored or tolerated it.
