    Hi Teachers!

I'm working on a job application that asks me to discuss my training and experience with the Common Core State Standards. I'm just finishing my teaching credential program where CCSS was pretty much the main focus so I feel well prepared, I'm just not sure how to say that in the application.

Does anyone have any advice or specific examples I could refer to?

    Thank you!

I think I just applied for the same job... that is certainly recent training and you should speak to that. You applied that in your student teaching so show how you used some of the fundamentals in your plan(s).

Something else that I have seen in recent interviews is the following question

"Explain your experience with CC an how is CC different or similar to the old state standards"

I have had it asked twice so far..Goodluck
