We have done several activities on the below standard. Any ideas on how to assess students' mastery of it? Analyze how visual and multimedia elements contribute to the meaning, tone, or beauty of a text (e.g., graphic novel, multimedia presentation of fiction, folktale, myth, poem).
I have something that is supposed to have a test or activity for each standard. I'll check it out and maybe PM you.
Actually, looking at the RL.4.7, it is connected but a bit different. I don't think I will be much help. Sorry. Usually they are more related, but the 4th grade standard talks about comparing, not analyzing. That is a tough one. What activities have you been doing in class to teach it?
