My school has a weekly PLT/PLC (same thing, different term) for 90 min and a weekly staff meeting (60-75 min.) It's not so bad. They're pretty structured, so it doesn't usually feel like wasted time. Once a month we meet with our School Improvement Committee as well. My last school had only 45 min PLC meetings and that actually felt like wasted time because we could never "dig deep" in such a short amount of time.

Some teachers at my school just love to complain!

Just one monthly staff meeting that we operate on a two hour delay for.

We meet with our grade level team twice a six day cycle for 45 minute. They are frequently replaced by PT conferences.

The monthly faculty keeps getting "postponed" so we haven't actually had one in a while.

We meet once per week for our PLC meetings for about an hour.

We meet once every other week or every third week for school-wide professional development, also for about an hour at a time.

One full staff meeting each month for 1-1.5 hours. A division meeting the third week of every month for 1 hour and 2-3 PLC meetings each month that are anywhere between 45 min. - 2 hours. I also have 1-2 PD days each month for 1-1.5 hours.

-PLC meetings once per week for 45 minutes
-Staff meetings once per month for 60 minutes
-PBIS meetings once per month for 20 minutes
-Action team meetings (literacy team, math team, technology team, etc.) once every 2 months for 45 minutes
-Early release professional development once per month for 2 hours

Most teachers have additional meetings, though. I'm on a homework committee that is meeting one or two times per month.

Once a week with grade levels for 30 minutes. Some weeks we have a PLC meeting for 30 minutes (about twice a month for these). Staff meetings are rare, my principal prefers to just send mass emails.

I have worked in schools where you had one or two meetings a day.

    Monthly staff meeting- 40 min.
    Monthly PLC meeting-1 hour.
Weekly staff development-40 min (and twice a week about once a month).
2x a week grade level meetings- 120 minutes each- this could be a whole bunch of stuff- usually we get maybe 60-90 minutes a week to discuss plans, the other time is spent with specialists, interventionists, etc...
Monthly SIT meeting- 1 hour- required for SIT team, optional for everyone else.
    Monthly Technology Meeting-40 minutes
    Quarterly leadership meetings-60 minutes
Quarterly district wide grade level meetings-90 minutes
And then, of course, random RTI meetings.
