    We have four.

Myself and another teacher - Language Arts.
    Another team member does Math.
The other team member teaches Science and Social Studies.

Whether or not you're departmentalized, how many do you have, and if it's split, how?

Just me! We're a small school with only 1 teacher per grade level. 6-8 Grade is departmentalized, but 5th is self-contained.

We have 7 per grade level, plus a reading coach and SPED teacher in our grade level. Let's just say we finally have a team that can function all together for the first time in the last 7 years I have worked there! We all teach our own classes, but we have PLC, so we all plan our weeks together every Wed. Our literacy coach also works in her hours. We have a new program the Missouri Reading Initiative for the next 3 years. It has been a struggle to work w/, plus my grade level is going full eMINTS this year. We have our plates full!

There are four of us that teach 5th grade at my school. We're in a middle school, so it is departmentalized. All 4 of us teach reading to our homerooms and one other subject to all of the 5th graders: writing, math, science, or social studies.

K-5 at my school are self-contained and there is one teacher per grade, though we do have 5 specialists who work with each class. 6th-8th is departmentalized.

Last year we had 3 teachers with 72 5th graders. This year we will have 4 teachers because there are 89 5th graders (as of June- I have no idea what the numbers are now)

We have four members on our team. We all teach everything to our own kids as our principal doesn't like departmentalized teaching. Also, the schedule doesn't allow for this. One of my colleagues and I team taught Reading last year - one did the guided reading and the other did the reading skills and centers. It worked very well.

Well, our pod has 3 teachers. The other 2 pods have 5 teachers each. There are 13 of us in our grade level. We completed our updated Curriculum Maps this summer, so we're all on the same page. We'll just have specials/planning times with our pod teachers (that sound Sci/Fi-ish doesn't it? :D ). We meet as a grade level at least once a month. We're a very social grade level (meaning we all like each other), so we end up doing things together on our non-school time as well.

Besides me, there are 3. One of these teachers is a special educator/interventionist who shares a room with another teammate. We also have a challenge teacher (or gifted and talented teacher) who works with 4th and 5th grades twice a week.
