How many preschoolers are in your preK program? How many adults? Is it an all day or half day program?

We have 6 Pre-K's at our school. 4 classes have 20 students, and 2 (inclusion) have 18. It is an all-day progream. My school is pre-k and special needs only.

We have two PreK's, each with 19 enrolled (with room for 1 more each). There is one lead teacher and one assistant in these classes. We also have a younger Preschool group, 2 classes with 14 & 11 (each can go up to 16), and those have a lead teacher and assistant for each. Our prgoram is 1/2 day, so each class is 2 1/2 hours. Our PreK is 3 days a week and our preschool is 2 days a week.

We have a total of 22 children which are split into three rooms during the morning hours (3's, 4's, and 5's). We then gather for the afternoon within one room where two afternoon people take over. In the morning there are only 1 teacher per room and the max amount I have alone is only 4 children.

I work in a private school with one Pre-K class. I have 16 students with 1 assistant. Our ratio is 12/1

I work in a whole day program, combined class of 2s to 5s (with one 6 year old thrown in because she was held back). I'm only there in the afternoon, but the morning is 2 adults, 7 children; the afternoon is 2 adults, 6 children, except when our volunteer comes in, then we are 3 adults, 6 children. The class can go up to 15 students, and enrollment is expected to continue throughout the year.
