I have 4 PCs in my 1st grade class (22 students). I allow my students to use the computers in 15 minute intervals. This way everyone gets a turn each day. Favorite sites include Spelling City and Star Fall. When the internet is running slow...I have several games preloaded on my PCs hard drives.

Note: Some of the games I've made myself. :p

Do all your students get to use them each day?
    What are your favorite programs/sites?

No PCs. We have 8 netbooks, 1 of which isn't working right now, for our class of 24.

I'm departmentalized so my students do not get to use them daily. I use two math sites sponsored by my state.

Having portable Netbooks is cool (especially if you don't have a lot of spare room in your class). In the future...I may get 1 or 2 myself.

My school supplied me with 2 PCs...but the other 2 I purchased myself.

Is the site you use free? If so, do you have a link?

I don't have access to any computers this year. Small private school with little technology.

Officially, I only have one. In reality, I have a cart of 32 that lives in my room. It's "only for testing," but if they are taking up room in my classroom, I use them, and to hell with the idea of $16,000 worth of technology being used solely for stupid tests. They are for the whole grade level, so I don't always have them. I don't have regular times on them for kids, but we use them pretty frequently for research, publishing writing, etc.

None. We have 13 chromebooks shared with the two fifth grade classes. I am planning to do Donors Choose to get a 14th so we can each have 7 in our classrooms. We also have an iPad Mini cart we can check out and an iMac lab we can reserve whenever it's available.

I also have a teacher laptop (MacBook Pro) and teacher iPad (full size iPad Air).

Both of my schools have been Mac based, interestingly. I haven't used a PC in a LONG time. My new school has Google accounts starting in 1st grade, and I *love* it. I didn't realize how much you could do with Google Drive/Docs/etc.

I'm very proud of the fact that all 2nd-5th grade classrooms in my district have a Chromebook for each & every student.

If anyone would have told me back in 2010 or so that we'd be 1:1 in 2014, I would've said, "No way!"

I have my own desktop, laptop, and iPad.

For my students, I have 10 HP mini laptops. It may sound nice, but they're dinosaurs and very unreliable. I'm supposed to be getting 5 iPads, too.

None. We have fewer than 10 desktops in the building--6 of those are in the library. We have 15 iPads and 60 laptops (divided between 4 carts) that teachers sign out for student use. Each teacher also has a school-issued laptop for their own use and to use as a "class computer" and all classrooms have ceiling mounted projectors.

We have 5 desktops per class, and each 3-5 teacher in the district just got a class set of Chromebooks several weeks ago. K-2 teachers will be getting class sets of something, once technology decides on the best device.

I have two desktops and 3 laptops. I have two classes of 19. My kids get on them twice a week for 30 minutes during centers. We also go to the computer lab once every 7 days for 40 minutes. We use two programs (paid for by the district) I-ready and Achieve 3000.

3...2 brand new macs that are wonderful and one very old dell that barely works- 23 students.

But we have access to a laptop cart with 30 laptops that are about 2-3 years old. We also have 10 ipads we have access too and a computer lab. It's hard to get time to bring my class there but they go there with the technology teacher twice a week. There are 2-year-old macs in there.

I have 5 PCs in my classrooms. They are only used for RTI computer delivered instructions using Iready or Istation for math and reading. Students get on depending on their Tiers. Tier one students get on both programs one a week. Tier tow kids go twice a week and tier three go three times a week. It's a hectic schedule especially if students are absent or tardy.
