Let's say you come across a great article, video, song, or some other resource online and want to use it for a lesson. How do you save that resource for later use? Do you use any software to help you keep track of all these resources? As an example, when I find a great video online, I bookmark it so I can refer back to it at a later time.

    I use Diigo.
    www.diigo.com

You can log in to Diigo on any computer and see all of your bookmarks.

You can tag websites to search for them later.

I keep all my bookmarks in Chrome, but I can't claim I've organized them very well. I do have them in folders loosely by topic: i.e. one for my science class, one for my elective, one for personal links, etc. Often I will lose a link somewhere, and I have to re-Google it. Chrome, like most browsers and bookmark services will sync across all computers if you're logged in.

If I want to use a link for a lesson, I will directly copy and paste the link into my lesson plan on Google Calendar.

Every day I open up my lesson for the day on Google Calendar, print any attachments to make copies of for the day, and open any links that I will need and keep them open on the browser.

LiveBinder is easy to use and allows you to sort into categories.

I use Symbaloo. I have a separate account for my own personal use and one for my classroom that students can access.
