How do you do teacher reports?

    We are trying to find a new way to send out and receive teacher reports from our general educators. Right now, we are sending an e copy that we then receive either via email or in our mailbox.

    We are thinking of possibly using a survey site or something similar to where teachers can just fill out the report and press "submit".

    Any other ideas for what other teachers do to make it as seamless as possible for both special and genera educators?

    I think a google form is a great idea (our district has gone google), but too many teachers just love paper.
