I get such great ideas from so many blogs that I check daily. Many of the blogs have moved to the teacherspayteachers site. This is great for them but not for me. If I could I would spend all of my extra money(if any) on worksheets and activities for my classroom.

How do these teachers do it? What programs do they use?
They make the cutest things. It seems like I could never come up with the simple and fun ideas they have.

It is the program with many cute fonts, pictures, etc. Have you ever seen the materials made by Beth Newingham? She uses this program to create her library basket organizers, etc.

I am looking now. Looks like something I would love to have. My problem is coming up with the cute simple ideas.

What blogs are you going to? I'd like to check them out too. Will you share some sites?

You'd be surprised how many ideas you have that you just haven't written down or really thought are your own.

I've gotten more wonderful ideas and advice from Twitter's #edchat than from all my years of grad school - going AND teaching.

I love all the blogs with their wealth of info to share with others---it's a truly paying it forward...love that!

I'm not computer savy, but I gotta add that I use to follow a few of the gals who post here often, but they changed their background on their blogs and added free blog backgrounds from other websites, and I can't access them any more (either dial up, cable, or wireless....I've tired and been that desperate to see them again...LOL)---it gets a microsoft pop up that says the page doesn't work.

The free websites to watch for are Shabby Chic and there's another one I think it's called the Cutest Blog on the Block that has free backgrounds but blocks computer access to certain computers. I've tried backgrounds from these websites before on my own blog only to get the same block. (I hope it's okay to share these.)

So, I can't read their blogs any more. :( HUGE sad face! I loved their insights!
