    Wow, that's cool of them!

It makes me laugh, because it is so funny how marketing and advertising people work during these hard times...

I went there...and they DO it for free! I get excited too...but I am always shocked to get free stuff.

I went in saying, "but I have a two-page resume. Can you DO that?" I EXPECTED them to say... yes, but only 12 copies then (24 pages total). NO! They gave me 25 copies on quality paper- run off from my jump drive...so NOT a copy of a copy.

Note: I usually write my resumes up to be personalized to the district (ex: mentioning the district by name under "objective") But there are plenty of times when I could use generalized resumes and that's what I'll do with these.

Good DEAL! And (at least where *I* went) no lines. Being in a business area, I expected to have to wait.

I went in this morning. I was really unsure, so I asked if it was something they offered. Several people started cheering that someone actually came in for it. They had a special person waiting to do resumes and no one had come in. So, yeah I got free resumes and made people happy!

I actually didn't go! I broke a crown and blew out a headlamp, so I had other pressing issues. :(

I think it was pretty poorly advertised, and I wonder WHY?

I go to kinkos TOO much - other business matters. Until I saw the message HERE in the forum i had NEVER seen it advertised on-line, on tv, OR in the store. I went to 2 kinkos today (one for the resume, and on for business). One STILL didn't have it advertised ANYWHERE in the store. Theseond place had a SMALL sign BEHIND the door.

WHAT THE HECK???? Did they change their minds? afraid it would cost them too much? I mean... it COULD have been a GREAT pubilcity thing.... too bad for them.

When I had to sign for the resumes I saw that only 6 or 7 people had taken the offer...and this was located in a business park! I don't GET it!!

My resume wasn't ready in time. Wah. I think I finally have it finished, however. Good thing b/c it is due Friday! Ack!
