I have an interview Wednesday and was told to be prepared to share/demo lesson in front of everyone. I have never had an in person interview before and have no idea where to start. I am freaking out!!!!

Take a deep breath. What is the position for?
They will be looking for a complete lesson plan that includes objectives and assessment. They will be looking for how you introduce a topic and lead students to working independently. They will be looking for you to check for understanding.

Afterwards, they will ask how you would extend the lesson.

The position is a long term sub for the entire semester with the potential of the teacher not returning. It is first grade. Will I be presenting it to the panel?! That seems awkward..

It might be for the panel - in which case they might feel just as awkward as you so I wouldn't worry about it!
