What are some ways you teach weight and mass? Quarts, pints, liter, etc.

Any whole group games or worksheets? My students are not getting it.

    Gallon man: http://www.twogetherexpress.com/gallon man2.htm

I always bring in things that are about the size of a quart, pint, etc. Then the students can actually see it and make a discussion on which one to use to measure.

I do the same with weight. Bring in objects that weigh an ounce, pound, and pictures for ton. This way they can hold them and compare.
