Help for Texes Generalist EC-6 Exam!!!

I have recently taken the Gen. Ec-6 Exam, I did not pass. I plan on taking the test again in December. Does anyone know of any study materials for this exam? I am currently studying the certify teacher exam software and a REA study book. I have also reviewed all TEKS for grade levels.

Sounds like you're doing what you need to do.

The secret is you just reeeeeeeeally need to learn the "theory" behind the questions; this way, you can still answer the questions on the test no matter how they reword them.

Maybe someone else can guide you in the right direction for a good research on "General EC-6" theory resource.

But the equation is 1) Learn the Theory 2) Take the Test, 3) Apply "Perfect World" (unrealistic) scenarios to every question you answer.

    Should be fine :)

Is this a content-knowledge test or a pedagogy (teaching practice) test? In either case, kdbaker20, what domains have you most concerned?

Teacher Groupie -- Texes Generalist K-6 is a content knowledge test.

I used the XAM study guide series when I took it. They are pricey. But, all the local library should have a copy or two around.
Again, what domain concerns you the most?
