Hope everyone had a great thanksgiving :)
This question is for all the math teachers. I am teaching a graphing class next trimester to a group of high school students whose abilities range from 6th grade math to probably algebra 2. What are some topics that would be good to teach? I make the entire calendar, so there is no need to follow any pre-made syllabus. I'd like to make it someone relatable to them, as most won't go to college. An ideas??

You could mix in billiards with graphing, spherical geometry, and of course, graphing functions.

    The conics.

Polar coordinates are lots of fun, and you could probably water them down a bit and make them do-able.
