I was just hired to teach 2nd grade! I still can't believe it! I am so excited and I have many of you to thank. Everyone on this site is so supportive and helpful. I really went in to this interview with TONS of details to tell. I reviewed many of the lessons I taught and brought them up as much as possible. Even when it was not completely related, I just talked about all the things I have done. I also have kept the US Postal Service in business, sending my stuff to EVERY school in a 50 mile radius. Those of you who are looking, don't give up. It does, and WILL happen for you.

Way to go, Congratulations! Do you know where the teacher supply stores are located? There are a few nearby -Norwalk, Danbury and Orange. Have you seen your classroom yet? Now, how about that new user name? LOL
