Not sure if anyone has been following my job search, but a few weeks ago I had an interview at a public school in Queens, NY. The principal invited me back the next day for a demo lesson (it was the last week of school). I called the following week to find out the status and was told by the AP that it was too premature to say anything, but the principal was impressed with my interview and demo and said they would let me know in a couple of days. Well a week went by and I didn't hear anything. I called and left a message with the secretary. No call the following day so I called again lol.. Principal called me back a few moments later and said that they will most likely be offering me the position.. 99.9% she said!! Told me that she would call back Friday or Monday. Today is monday, and she actually called to offer me the job! Unfortunately I was at my other job so I didn't get to accept yet. I will be calling tomorrow! Yay, I'm going to be a Special Ed. Kindergarten teacher! Thanks for everyones support!! Kara
