Does anyone know of any good books that discuss any of the following topics:

    1. Data-driven instruction
    2. Differentiated instruction
    3. Behavior management plans
    4. Cross-curricular activities

I'm not really looking for a textbook type of deal. Perhaps just a book that addresses one or so topics in depth. I have all my old college textbooks but I'm looking to address these topics further. Any off-topic good books about current strategies and trends in education are appreciated as well.

    Thanks for your help!

Also a great book I'd like to share is Learning to Trust by Marilyn Watson. It's a great read addressing how to develop classroom community.

If you go to http://pd.heinemann.com/ or http://www.stenhouse.com/html/home.htm, you will find many books on the subjects that you requested. These are two of the biggest names in educational publishing, and are my go-to spots when I am looking for something new to read. You can request a paper catalog or browse their catalog online.
