March is our pods month to do the birthday celebration snack day in the teacher lounge. I'm heading up our theme, and would like to do a "Game" theme. I found in a magazine (that is now apparently lost) some cute game themed ideas for decorations and snacks. Well now I'm doing searches on the internet and can't find a thing! Please help me find some ideas.

So far this is what I have:
I'm getting pictures of everyone who has a birthday in the month and making a puzzle that they can take with them. I thought it would be fun to put a puzzle on each table and have people put them together throughout the day. Then that person (who's photo it is of) can take the puzzle home with them at the end of the day.

Please help me find other ideas. I need printable recipes to give to other people to make.

    Thanks in advance.

Well this seems to becoming my own personal thread. I'll just post items I'm doing.

I'm making large scrabble letters that say "Happy Birthday".
Using a Twister game mat for table cloth.

You could post a checkerboard poster. I love the Twister mat as a table cloth. I'm afraid I'm not much help!

It seems that this type of theme is not done much. I've googled it several different ways. The most info I've found was board-game night, and family game night.

Even if I could take regular snacks and name them board game names it would be good.

Try Sandra Lee from the food network. She does all kinds of things. Her show is Simply Homemade.

That is a great idea! She always has a theme for each show!
