What kind of pets do you have? What are their names? Post a picture!!!! I have a rescue mutt dog named Perlita. We think she's part pointer part terrier. She has an eye infection right now, poor puppy On her blanket Helping pack Hanging in the park
I have goldfish. My oldest one is about 8 years old. I'd never had fish until I got married. My uncle sent a gift with the instructions to "buy something frivolous that you've always wanted". I got an aquarium. I had a dog, Gene, for 14 years. He died three years ago, and I still miss him a lot. He was a shelter dog, a German shepherd/Australian shepherd mix. My DH has a dog, Ace. She's his sidekick, but she likes me pretty well, too. I don't let her in the bedroom at home, but at Grandma's house, all bets are off. She's also a shelter dog, an Alaskan husky. This is Blackie. He roamed up as a stray last summer. He was very scared of everything, and I still can't get a collar on him. He needs a trip to the vet and a bath, but he's having none of it. He does take walks with me every afternoon, and he'll let me pet him. He also takes treats from my hand. He's afraid of most everyone except my neighbor, my mom, and DH. He loves DH's dog. This is the neighbor's dog, Buddy. He moved here a few months after I did, so he thinks that I'm part of his family. He was also a stray. I've got his picture on the fridge with all the others.
I have a dachshund, Tank, that is like my baby. We also have a German Shepard, Cheyenne, and a cat, Buddy.
I have never been able to figure out how to post pictures here. But, we have 2 shelter dogs, both black lab terrier mixes. Abbicus Finch (Abby) Boo Radley (Boo)
I have three kitties- Bert, Boscoe, and Bailey. Bert likes to drink from the faucet, chirps at bugs, and wouldn't leave the room when my late husband was sick. Boscoe puts his arms around my neck and gives me hugs. Bailey is my princess and sleeps on my legs every night. Bert was rescued from a barn, and the other two are siblings I got from a shelter. Charlie is my black lab mix who just showed up on my ranch two years ago as a half grown puppy. I should have named him Tigger since he is the bounciest dog I've ever seen! Bert is sleeping beside me and Boscoe is on my lap as I type this. I love my fur babies. I was telling a friend today that if I end up living in a nursing home, I hope they have some pets.
We have two cats. Spencer is a big black and white boy who will be 2 years old in August, and Katie is a little black and white girl who will be a year old next month. We just adopted her on Saturday. Before Katie, we had Lily, who was Spencer's precious all black sister. She unfortunately recently lost a battle with feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), a disease that is always fatal. Our home wouldn't be complete without our fur babies.
I've had pets since I was 8, most of my life. However, as of this moment, I do not and it's so hard. The picture in my avatar was my bunny, who died a few weeks ago. Still miss her.
1 Boston Terrier named Yoshi. My favorite puppy picture of him! In his carseat (in my old car): This photo I took won a photo contest & was featured in a calendar of a website: Another of many just for kicks!
We have two Australian Shepherd - a blue merle - Bizzy and a red merle - Casey. We have a Quarter Horse mare - A Sunday Surprise. We call her Shy. We have anine year old bunny named Smokey. The five cats are named Ewok, Puma, Lala, Fluffy, and Socks. The pigs are named B.B. Cue, Van Gogh, Boss Hogg, Tyson, and Hammy. The guineas don't have names because they are too hard to tell apart. The goats are Granny, Betty, Ebony, Cinnamon, Antoinette, Toad, Johnny, Frank, Jesse, Freckles, Munchkin, Crystal, and Roman.
We have one cat - Boo Radley - whom I found starving in a parking lot when she was 8 weeks old. I named her Boo Radley because when we brought her home, she refused to come out from behind the toilet for two days. She's a partial tuxedo; I like to say she's wearing the vest but forgot her jacket (front legs are white). Then we have Timber, a black field lab. He was a rescue doggy. He's named Timber because if you go to pet him, he flops right over for a belly scratch. Both will be 5 years old in May. And I call both of them my stalkers - when I'm in the kitchen, both of them are sitting on the floor, staring at me, just waiting for me to drop something. It's hysterical to watch them.
Four dogs: Harriet, Franny, Beatrice, Tilo. Two cats: GirlyBoy, Oliver One sheep: Sue Two geese: Ingemar, Inge 35 unnamed chickens (Two named: Elvis and Almost) We used to have a lot more, but we're cutting back over time.
We have: 3 y/o Lab - Harleigh, 3 y/o DSH calico - Phoebe and 15 y/o DSH orange tabby - Tigger. I'm obsessed with pictures, so here are some... don't say I didn't warn you From oldest to youngest... We have Pete a 10yr old carnival gold fish and Kaji a 3/4 bengal mix. Pete just swims and eats pretty laid back pet. Kaji on the other hand is my wildchild.
