I have to teach a lesson on our roles and responsibilities in the school (we did roles & responsibilities at home this week with a venn diagram and cut out pictures). I will be teaching it to my k/1 split so the activity needs to be fairly simple. I have a story to read aloud about people at school. Any ideas on how I can make this kind of fun? Thanks!

PS. I took some pictures of people in the school Friday so I could incorporate those if they fit somehow... I have a pic of the principal, secretaries and janitor. Unfortunately everyone else had left for the day when I thought of it...

You can put the kids into groups and have them brainstorm what they think each persons role and responsibility is and then have that group act it out in front of the class.
