LOL-DH always come through and he does know his sports! He said he remembered it from the show...
I'm going to be having fun w/ my new camera all summer, so maybe I'll post more! Did you see my vacation ones? :haha:
I make sure that my flash is off, and I have my "low light" setting on. The only time I have focus trouble is if the glass is dirty.
Here are a few pictures of our adventures!! Dirt cups I made for our end of the year party at school: My cat Trixie - checking out the new housemates - my class fish home for the summer. She just sits there and watches... Cute little turtle at the Marine Science Center at the Oregon Coast. He's so cute - but he's a bad guy - an invader - not native to these parts! Not the greatest picture - but this is Amigo. He's a Giant Pacific Red Octopus - and he is showing off before being fed a live crab. It was awesome watching him eat! We couldn't use flash, so the pictures aren't great! We went to the Rogue Brewery for a tour: Safety goggles on - hubby & I are ready for our brewery tour! This piece of duct tape tells us they are aging Dead Guy Ale inside that tank. Mmmmm CO2 being released into the barrel from the tanks. Created from the yeast during the brewing process: Sea Lions at Sea Lion Caves near Florence, Oregon. Too bad I couldn't get a picture of the whale that was spouting just a ways out in the ocean! Heceta Head Lighthouse from Sea Lion Caves: The deer that visit us almost nightly - from my back porch:
Snow, snow and more snow! A view of part of the village at the Farmer's Museum in Cooperstown, NY Inside Howe's Caverns A panoramic view (which is not great, since I'm not very good at it) from outside Howe's Caverns A view of the Arch in St. Louis on my way out to Colorado An Eastern Colorado farm
Hey, Ms. jennifer your pics of the brewery reminded me of GA. There's so many great places in the East Coast, though I love the warmth of the southwest.
I experimented with my waterproof camera today... here are two shots. I had it in a strange mode, so the pics look over-saturated. I'll try again. I'm trying to think of cool shots that would use the underwater capability... =========================================
Someone PM me how to post pictures. I've tried in the past. Do I have to have them online somewhere or can I pull them from my hard drive?
I belive they need to be online somehwere. The pics I put on here are either from my Facebook page for from flikr. Then, once you have them up on some website, you can put them on here! You use the code [ img ]name of photo link [/img ]
A daisy in the park Traffic going out of the city on Memorial Day weekend Driving up the PCH Balboa Park My chocolate lab Kaya (taken before I moved to Cali)
Oh yeah! She's definitely a "Marley" She's the youngest one (Not the one that passed away) and she always cracks me up! My mom can't handle her very well and it's always funny to see my mom try. By the way, Nissan Rogues are the best cars ever
Catalina & San Diego Went to Catalina for 2nd time since I was a child, then San Diego the following day: San Diego Zoo
I've been overtaken by birds at my house! This cardinal is nesting in the rose bush in my front flower bed. She has two eggs now, but she just had one two days ago when I took this picture. This is the third nest of birds in this house this year. It usually has 6-8 nests each year. And there are two babies in the bird house near the garage.
Thanks, Ms. I for the instructions. I hope this works!! Sorry if they are giant! 4 of my senior students that I took to tour my alma mater when they were trying to figure out their college decision. How we spent Father's Day today (no kids, only dogs). This is Abby. Our cabin, our honeymoon (1 year ago today!!) We had the only cabin on the lake. Wabakimi Wilderness, Canada View from honeymoon cabin, Lake McKinley, Thunderhook Fly-in Fishing Trips Transportation to the cabin ... no roads, no electricity My babies ... Abby and Boo This shows how desolate our cabin was ... would go back in a hearbeat ... fish, bears, moose

I managed to throw a piece right to the one standing up when we were right next to them.

Sunset from my house the other night. We own a 5400 acre ranch, so our views are wonderful, and unobstructed.
