Since I finished the Stanford course, I just signed up for this class today. It has already started, but you can still register. I think it´s only a week into the course.

Fantastic! I´m going through the lectures for week 1 right now. We have a 3-day weekend for the Mexican Independence day so it´s a great weekend for me to get caught up.

If we have enough, we can start a new thread to discuss the learning from the course. Actually, we could do that even with just the three of us. Just like we did with the Stanford course. :)

I'm signed up for it - haven't had time to look at the material because i'm student teaching. How is it? I just finished the course from the New Teacher Center on surviving the first year of teaching.

I started with just the first two videos...I find Jennifer kind of boring. Makes me miss Jo! I'll stick with it for a while in the hopes that the 'presenters' are more animated.

Do these courses give professional development certificates?

The ones marked as professional development do.

This one is marked as that. I presume any with the signature track would, as those verify your identity.

She is so monotone! I just finished week 1 though and I am finding it very interesting.
