I am looking for some ideas for a fourth of july art project for my school age children. We hang children's decorations in the hall monthly and July is my month to hang in the hall. So if anyone has some really neat ideas I would love to hear them.

How about firework art using koosh balls dipped in paint? It would be fun to use flourescent paint on black paper.

In my 4 year old class, we are going to be making fireworks by dropping a small amount of paint onto a paper, then blowing it with a straw. The paint will spread out and look like a firework.
