    Hi everyone!
I am a graduate student going for my elementary education teacher certification. I just found out yesterday that I will be doing my student teaching this fall, in Kindergarten. I am very excited..but also nervous. My previous classroom experiences have been in grades 3-5 for other field work and substitute teaching.
Since I have the summer to prepare, are there any resources, books, or websites that you recommend for teaching kindergarten? I want to be as prepared and informed as possible going in to the classroom in September.
    Thank you!
    :)

You can always come here to ask for ideas...when I first started teaching at the begining of this year, I went to www.sitesforteachers.com and sifted through the sites...it takes a bit of time, but it's the best place to search for sites without waiting for a response.

    Good luck!

Thank you so much for the websites and suggestions!
I am sure I will be back on here posting once I am in the classroom!
    Thanks!
